Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using Soclya (soclya.com), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Pollocrudo Company may modify these terms; we will notify you of material changes with reasonable advance notice.

• You must be at least 16 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You may not create accounts if you have been permanently banned from Soclya.
• A natural person may not maintain more than one personal account without authorization.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@pollocrudocompany.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is irreversible after the 30-day grace period.

Soclya is a video platform (upload, channels, subscriptions) with social network features (posts, messages, groups) for sharing content, connecting, and conversing.

The following is prohibited:

• Violating the Community Guidelines or applicable law.
• Unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or third-party accounts.
• Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation.
• Interfering with the operation of the platform (DDoS, exploits, etc.).
• Reselling or sublicensing access to Soclya without written permission.
• Collecting user data for spam or non-consensual marketing.

You retain all rights to the content you post. By posting on Soclya, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, reproduce, and display your content on the platform.
• Distribute it to other users according to your privacy settings.
• Adapt it technically (compression, thumbnails, transcoding).
• Promote Soclya using excerpts of public content.

This license ends when you delete the content, except for reasonable backups or when other users have reposted it.

The Soclya brand, logo, design, code, and platform materials are the property of Pollocrudo Company. You may not copy, modify, or use them without authorization. See the Legal Notice.

Soclya includes, among other features:

• Video upload, your own channel (Studio), subscriptions, playlists, watch history, and chapters.
• Posts, replies, reposts, quotes, and polls.
• Global, following, and personalized («For you») feeds, with algorithmic video ranking.
• Direct messages, notifications, and bookmarks.
• Profiles, verification, blocks, and reports.
• Search, hashtags, and explore.

Soclya uses AI for content moderation, feed recommendations, and the Soclya V1 assistant, developed by Pollocrudo Company. Use of AI is subject to daily limits and the Community Guidelines. You must not use AI to generate illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.

Soclya V1 responses are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

Soclya operates official automated desks (@news, @noticias, @gaming, @bolsa, @tech) that publish short news summaries from public RSS feeds. Each post includes attribution with a link to the original source («Fuente» / «Source»).

• We do not rehost third-party photos or videos on those desks.
• Copy is paraphrased / summarized; we do not reproduce full articles.
• There is no affiliation with cited outlets unless expressly stated.
• @bolsa is informational and is not investment advice.

If you are a rights holder and spot an issue, contact dmca@pollocrudocompany.com or see the DMCA policy.

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or if required for security or legal compliance. For serious violations there is no obligation to provide prior notice.

You may stop using Soclya at any time by deleting your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pollocrudo Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of third-party content. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid in the last 12 months (the service is currently free).

We are not responsible for content posted by users. We act as an intermediary in accordance with applicable regulations.

We may update Soclya, change pricing for future paid features, or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice when possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain (European Union). For disputes, the parties submit to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
