Community Guidelines

Soclya is a social network operated by Pollocrudo Company. These guidelines define what content and behavior are acceptable. By using Soclya you agree to follow them together with the Terms of Service.

At Soclya we promote:

• Mutual respect — Disagree without dehumanizing or attacking.
• Civil debate — Arguments, not insults.
• Responsible creativity — Humor yes; humiliation no.
• Truthfulness — Do not spread false information with intent to harm.
• Privacy — Do not publish third parties' personal data without consent.
• Inclusion — Soclya is for everyone who respects others.

It is strictly prohibited to publish, share, or promote:

• Do not use mentions (@) to harass or publicly humiliate.
• Direct messages must follow the same rules as posts.
• Blocking users is a right; do not use blocking to evade consequences of prior harassment.
• Polls may not be used to harass, defame, or collect personal data.
• Do not post screenshots of private conversations without consent from all parties.
• Content generated with Soclya V1 (AI) must comply with these guidelines when published.

• Video is Soclya's core content. It is AI-analyzed before upload (frame-based moderation), and so are images (avatar, thumbnail, post photos) when technically possible.
• Do not upload graphically violent, sexually explicit, or minor-identifying content — in video, image, or thumbnail form.
• Links to malicious sites, scams, or illegal content are prohibited.
• Use sensitive content warnings when sharing potentially disturbing material.

To keep the platform fast and storage sustainable, Soclya may automatically delete posts that:

• Are 60 days or older, and
• Have received no recorded views, and
• Have received no likes.

Official accounts, admins, and profile-pinned posts are excluded. By accepting these guidelines you understand that such content may be removed without individual notice.

The moderation AI evaluates each post in real time. If it is rejected, you will see the reason and may edit and try again. Categories include: harassment, hate, NSFW, violence, spam, illegality, and impersonation.

The For you feed uses real interactions (likes, reposts, replies) and AI reordering to show quality content. Only posts approved by moderation appear.

You can report content or users in two ways:

1. In the app — ⋯ menu on any post → Report.
2. By email — Write to abuse@pollocrudocompany.com with a link to the content, screenshots, and a description of the problem.

We review reports within a reasonable time. Automatic moderation appeals are handled within 48–72 business hours.

Each time you publish content that breaks the rules (insults, hate, NSFW, threats, spam, illegality, etc.), the system records a strike:

1. 1st strike — The post is rejected/hidden. Formal warning.
2. 2nd strike — Another offense. Last chance.
3. 3rd strike — Permanent ban: the account is lost and the IP is blocked. You cannot sign in or register again from that network/device.

Strikes expire after 90 days without new offenses. In serious cases (threats, CSAM, terrorism, doxxing) we may act immediately without waiting for three strikes, and cooperate with authorities.

Soclya requires users to be at least 16 years old. Sexual content directed at minors and inappropriate contact with minors are not allowed. Any indication is reported to the relevant authorities.
