1. Commitment to copyright

Pollocrudo Company respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of Soclya to do the same. We do not tolerate repeated copyright infringement on the platform.

If you are a rights holder or their authorized representative and believe content on Soclya infringes your work, you may send us a notice under this policy and, where applicable, under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. How to send a notice

Send your notice by email to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent

Pollocrudo Company — Copyright Agent
Email: dmca@pollocrudocompany.com

You may also report from the app (⋯ menu → Report) by selecting copyright infringement, but formal DMCA notices must include all elements in the following section.

3. Notice requirements (DMCA §512)

Your notice must include all of the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Title, original URL, or description sufficient to identify the claimed work.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — Direct URL of the content on Soclya (e.g. soclya.com/watch?v=abc123 for a video, soclya.com/post/abc123 for a post) or the user's profile.
  3. Your contact information — Full name, postal address, phone number, and email.
  4. Good-faith statement — That you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — Under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature — Physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized representative.
False or bad-faith notices may have legal consequences under applicable law.

4. Review process

Upon receiving a valid notice:

  1. We review the claim within 24–72 business hours.
  2. If appropriate, we remove or disable access to the identified content.
  3. We notify the user who posted the content, when legally possible.
  4. We record the infringement for our repeat-infringer policy.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@pollocrudocompany.com including:

  • Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
  • Your name, address, and consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we do not receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

6. Repeat-infringer policy

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright will have their accounts suspended or permanently deleted. We cooperate with rights holders to resolve disputes fairly.
